The Wright Consulting methodology was derived over the course of Amy Wright’s professional career of 25+ years in Information technology – 17 in Healthcare services. Having achieved success in both consulting and corporate executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, Amy wants to share her knowledge, expertise and thought leadership with organizations that strive to improve operational efficiencies and patient care.
Her knowledge of the challenges that the healthcare sector faces in the marketplace, healthcare services terminology and business models and the allows her to streamline the assessment and work collaboratively with the client’s management team to precisely identify the business problem and expected results. Accurate, clear problem identification reduces the chance of rework being required later in the project because expectations have not been properly set.
Amy wants to work with a client team – staff, management, vendors, and partners, all who play an active role, to define, plan and execute the organizational transformation required to solve the identified business problem. With her significant project management expertise and her executive leadership skills, she can provide the necessary oversight and guidance to insure that the team stays the course, delivers quality results and a sustainable product - in the shortest possible timeframe.
